Tony Rugg began Landmark Landscaping as a Sole Proprietorship in 1983 in Florida. He worked the business part time to finance his education at the University of Florida until he graduated with a bachelor of Landscape Architecture, in 1985. Having completed projects in various parts of the state, he settled in South Florida in 2000 and worked there for more than a decade. During that time, he became a state licensed Landscape Architect and incorporated the company under the current name. In 2011, he fulfilled a life-long dream to move to Colorado and brought the company with him. He now resides here with his wife and son. Outside of work he enjoys church activities, mountain biking, weight-lifting, snow skiing, gardening, outdoor photography, and family time with his wife and 10 year-old son, Dillon.
